I understand that Brantley Child and Family Partnership LLC implements a research-based curriculum featuring developmentally appropriate lessons and activities designed to enhance my child’s educational experience.
I recognize that the operator of Brantley Child and Family Partnership LLC draws upon a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood education, professional training, and experience to deliver high-quality educational services to my child and family.
I understand that services provided by Brantley Child and Family Partnership LLC may be discontinued at any time. If I choose to terminate services, I agree to provide a written two-week notice. Should I fail to provide this notice, I acknowledge that I am responsible for paying 50% of the agreed service fee.
